Contrary to what my husband might say, I can be quite frugal when I choose and I love a good deal as much as the next gal. Eating out is the best, but cooking can be just as satisfying. My preference is a mani/pedi at a salon, but painting my own nails will do just fine. Heck, I begged Chris to let me hire someone to put up our wallpaper, but ended up loving the process myself. The way I see it, saving money leaves more money to spend (or save) elsewhere.
All that to say, I've decided to start sharing fab finds as I discover them. Look for posts called, Lovely deals, and hopefully you too can take advantage of the steals I'm loving.
My mother taught me at a young age to never skimp on hair or skin care. I'll happily use drugstore mascara any day, but my shampoo and conditioner are always from a salon and quality skin care is even more important.
The Greek in me fell in love with Korres Wild Rose 24-Hour Skin Brightening moisturizer which I use twice a day. It's all natural, smells like heavenly roses, reduces fine lines (whoop!) and feels like a million bucks. But it's not. For a limited time at Sephora the pot of delicious cream is sold in a set of two, for the price of one.
So there you have it, a lovely deal for your day.
