Happy weekend! My foodie friend, Rachel of De Ma Cuisine, recently asked me to do a guest post on her blog in celebration of Valentine's day. Happily I obliged by whipping up a batch of Red Velvet Brownies with White Chocolate Buttercream Icing. Now, I'm not typically comfortable raving about my own cooking or baking, but these brownies are amazing. The icing is standout!

ps... Cody {from HisHill} just came down to Portland last weekend and stayed with my Hubby and I. lol 7 years is a long time to not see someone, and I was surprised at how much he'd grown up :)
